Made-to-Order Philosophy
All Riwaayat Jewelry is made to order.
This means your piece is handcrafted after your order is placed, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, finishing, and exclusivity.
Production Time
- Standard production time: 2–3 weeks
- Peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, wedding season): 3–4 weeks
Production begins once payment is confirmed.
Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.

- We currently ship within Canada and internationally.
Processing & Dispatch
- Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Estimated Shipping Time
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping timelines may vary due to customs, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges
